Dubai Chocolate Cold Brew Cauxffee Recipe

Dubai Chocolate Cold Brew Cauxffee topped with pistachio cream foam and katafi

INGREDIENTS:

 ✦ 2 oz Cauxffee 7X Concentrate
 ✦ 1 TB pistachio paste
 ✦ 1/4 tsp chlorella or matcha (optional, for color)
 ✦ 14 drops stevia extract
 ✦ 2 oz half & half
 ✦ katafi


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Warm the half & half for easier blending
2. Add pistachio paste, coloring, and stevia
3. Blend to froth to make pistachio cream foam
4. Pour your pistachio cream foam into a glass
5. Pour in the Cauxffee 7X Concentrate
6. Top with katafi
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
