Shipping policy

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders over $50 receive free economy shipping, and orders over $100 receive free standard (priority) shipping. Please note that some items are perishable, and cannot be mailed via economy or in certain seasons. Some branded merch (such as clothing, mugs, stickers, etc.) which are fulfilled at separate facilities, are not able to be applied to the free shipping threshold (however, most merch items do come with free shipping already).

 

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

TAXES & DUTIES

We do not cover the cost of duties or taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer, based on their region.
